I cant use this on a profile2 profile
I have installed the module and cant see any grants page
is this possible to support for profile2?
I want to create an entity reference field, in the profile2, then and set the value conditionally using rules so that the referenced user can view.
by default no one can view except the author

If profile2 creates a content type then this should work. As long as the reason only authors have access to the profile is because of a node_access module.
