Coming over from #1540656: [META] Entity Serialization API for web services (e.g. content staging).

Motivation:

Structure all the data! Make consistent:

  • Each entity language controller and serialization format
  • REST semantics: request type instructions & resource location schemes
  • Hook namespaces and Symfony EventDispatcher listener locations
