I just installed this theme to try it out on a site and noticed that the User Menu covers up the Admin menu, but not the core toolbar. Didn't know if you guys used the admin menu or not...

Same issue as well. Perhaps an edit for z-index in either css files for Admin Menu module or user menu in global?
