How to incorporate a potentially long list of items (view, edit, revisions...) to toolbar as a single "action" to avoid wrapping

Need to deal with this sub-tab issue, because wrapping on smartphones is ooglay! :)

I actually have no idea what that was about, but apparently it's fixed since the toolbar is in D8 core now. ;)
