I was playing with Checkout panes.

I moved "Shipping service" to Checkout instead of Shipping. It works alright but it stays at the top. I cannot reorder it to be at the bottom.

It seems to come from the weight of the panes which are not correctly set.

Removed the hardcoded checkout panes weight and just set them during install.
