I disabled "Enable the Address Book" of the 'Billing information' checkout pane.

However, in the account page I still see "Manage billing address" which gives a 404 error page.

It works fine in the address book page since I don't see the link anymore.

Added an check access, to avoid display of customer profile user is not supposed to view : https://code.drupalcommerce.org/403
