Basic support needed

Hi, this module seems to be the solution for my issue

I have several books.
Different user roles should only be able to add child sites to different specific books. The function with filters in this module may solve that.

I have installed the book expand module, updated the database and enabled it. But I need support to carry on from here.

1) Where do I access the admin book expand module? (simply cant find it)
2) And thereby, where do I set the filter for parent books vs. different users / roles?

I know this may be basic, but start using some of the modules in Drupal is IMO at times the biggest challenge :-)
