We've installed RedHen 7.x-1.0-beta1 (w/ Contacts, Engagement, Fields, Notes, Organization Groups, Organizations, Registration & Relation - Membership doesn't show up), Registration 7.x.1.0-beta3 and Relation 7.x-1.0-rc3+8-dev on a Ubuntu 12.04 platform created solely to prototype a RedHen implementation (so no other modules enabled, no other applications.) Site Administrator has rights to all objects.
From CRM dashboard, Add Organization page displays "You have not created any organization types yet. Go to the organization type creation page to add a new content type." Clicking on the organization type creation page link results in an Access denied page displaying "You are not authorized to access this page."
We've cleared all caches and tried un-enabling and re-enabling all the modules, but the condition is constant.
Organization and Organization Type are not visible as Entities anywhere in Structure.
Not sure where to go from here.

Kevin King commentedFurther information: we discovered that logged in as the user1 we can see the Organization Type entity and add an Org type. But logged in as a site admin role, with all permissions granted, can't. We're seeing the same behavior in the RedHen CRM Demo, except that in the demo we see the Membership module and likewise can see the Membership Type entity and add a Membership Type.

levelos commentedFixed. We were missing a permission to manage organization types.
