I just added a custom search path leading to a view in a custom search block.

Example
in the search block I added:
custom/path?keys=[key]|My custom search path.

Senario:
1. Searching the first time leads to a "Page not found" error. ( the URL shows custom/path%3Fkeys%3Dabico )
2. while on the page, searching again leads to the correct page with results.

in case you're wondering I do have exposed filters in my view.
Did I do something wrong here in my configuration?

Just to confirm
Well, tested this issue in 7.x-1.9 and it worked smoothly.
Then I tested it again in 7.x-1.10 and the issue remained

I've just tested that with the default search block, and a custom search block, and both works correctly.
Do you have a test url?

too be honest, when I changed to 7.x-1.9 I didn't bother to re-test the issue.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
