Changing the comment viewing options does not work well yet. Anonymous users can not change the listing style, and flat list collapsed seems to miss one comment in its listing every time.

Dries knows the comment module best so I am going to let him tackle this. Anonymous users should not be able to change the comment viewing options as its not stored for them.

The comment view missing a comment has been fixed. Was some failed logic in the comment module.

As for the comment settings its never saved the settings for anonymous users. Making it a feature request.
