yaazkal commentedThere is just one division that I don't added is
'DC' => 'Distrito Capital de Bogotá'That is not a department, it is a capital district. What to do in this case when all are departments and only one is a district? Does it need to be added as well?
Regards !

yaazkal commentedHi, please review this patch and commit it. In this patch:
Thanks
PS: 7.x-1.0-beta3 still don't have the Colombian Departments changes described in the last patch so I also included them in this one.

bojanz commentedI have committed the administrative areas:
http://cgit.drupalcode.org/addressfield/commit/?id=0091690
I didn't commit anything related to neighborhoods or single address lines because I couldn't find any official information on the Columbian address format.
Google's dataset doesn't have it, and UPU doesn't have it: www.upu.int/fileadmin/documentsFiles/activities/addressingUnit/colEn.pdf
I tried searching on the site of the post office (4-72.com.co), also found nothing.
Please give me an official source and some official address examples (banks, government institutions, etc), and I will make those changes as well.

JMTorres commentedAccording to FedEx, Colombia now also requires postal codes since September 29th, 2014.

Should this be a separate issue?
