When the customer is on a checkout page, we should hide at least the main menu, secondary menu, and search form. We might also consider hiding the links up top to login / create an account. I'm undecided about footer elements, but we may even consider hiding the entire footer zone as well.
The basic premise here is to keep the customer focused on continuing through the checkout process, not following links away from checkout.

vasikethere was an issue with previous commit, it didn't take care of the "menu-kickstart-user-menu".
i make the changes about this in commerce_kickstart_blog_ui.install (is this the right place for this menu block?)
