There is an @see to theme_forums() in forums.tpl.php. This function does not exist, so it should be removed.

The patch looks good to me! When uploading a patch, you need to set the issue status to "needs review", to alert both humans and test-bots that there is a patch to look at. (In this case, I'm going directly to "reviewed and tested" though, and I'll get it committed soon.)
