Product listing (From: $X) shows prices without taxes

If I install Kickstart with a VAT tax, the product listing pages (the Collection view, for example) show the prices without VAT.
This is because the "From" formatter has no settings form (unlike the default Commerce one), so it can't be configured to show
the calculated price instead of the original price.

The suggested solution is to remove the custom "from" formatter from Kickstart, add Extra Price Formatters to the distro, and use the "formatter with prefix".
