We might want to solve #1686590: [No demo content] Custom user pages not available (commerce_kickstart_user not installed) first.

So, when I go to my user pages I get no addressbook tab, and I see the error

Warning: Missing argument 2 for commerce_addressbook_profile_page_access() in commerce_addressbook_profile_page_access()

There's a matching issue in the commerce_addressbook issue queue (#1540624: Missing argument 2 for commerce_addressbook_profile_page_access), haven't been able to figure out why this happens yet.
