The menu items

node/'. arg(1) .'/revisions/'. arg(3) .'/delete and
node/'. arg(1) .'/revisions/'. arg(3) .'/revert

use the standard menu type but it should be MENU_CALLBACK.

Both 4.7.x and 6.x do not need this.
