Hi!

I think that user could get info mail/private message/info message when his/her voting ammount raised
There can be wrote that he/she is valuable user and his vote is valuable as basic new user (there can be wroted his.her karma level (how many points he/she have for voting)...
Then user can be happy that he/she is better as before...

Hi,

I am adding hooks to the module, so that it's possible to add this kind of functionality from a different module.

There are tons of little issues with this: what if a person is on a "border point", and his role keeps going up&down? There needs to be a system where no more than N emails per day/week are sent... But then you don't tell the user if his/her status has changed?

This is not something I really want to get into...

The new version (in development right now) will have hooks. I am also thinking of working with the actions module, although I am not sure how it will work (any hints?)

Closing this request. I won't implement it for now, since it's basically up to a different module to do it.
However, I *WILL* add a hook when a user is given/taken away a role, so that this feature can easily be implemented.
