Add testswarm tests

We want to add Test Swarm test so that we have a testing framework for clientside validation.

Tests to implement (tests that are already implemented are crossed):

• Regular form api elements
• HTML5 elements (using the Elements module)
• FAPI Validation
• Field Validation
• Webform
• Webform Validation
