I have a feature with a section. When I deploy it to my staging server it deletes all content in the existing section. It would be nice if the content of the section could be skipped when exporting.

Unsure if this is the case in 2.x also?

Learned yesterday that this is fixed in the 1.x branch. My installation was pointing at on old commit.
