I am a drupal user helping to maintain the website www.pafu.ps/pafu, which is in English, Arabic and French. I am experiencing problems with the Garland RTL theme, but only on IE, Firefox is great.
As you can see if you open the website using Internet explorer, the theme breaks when you go to "contact us" and you are using English as your locale. Instead of displaying the three columns of the theme side-by-side, it displays them one on top of the other. This also happens in the adminsitration pages when ever a text box is displayed. However there is no problem with Arabic.
Do you have any suggestions? I did tweak the CSS a little, and have fix-ie.css installed. I am using Drupal 5.1 and am desperately looking for help to this problem.
Thank you very much

nasheet commentedI found the solution to the problem, which is discussed extensively on this post http://drupal.org/node/101305
It requires you to patch the textarea.js file to fix the grippie and resizable textarea box in IE for the Garland theme.
