Is this a reference to the issue of the watermark module not expressing it's dependency on the Image module? If not, I'll make a seperate bug report on that.

Sorry - I'm sure that this title is clear to Drupal veterans but I'm a Drupal development noob! =o)

Yes it is. The dependency is missing because of a typo in the info file. This should be British English.
