When changing the country dropdown list I receive the following error:

"An error occurred while attempting to process /system/ajax: this._each is not a function"

I solved the issue, I was using a sub theme of Zen 7.x-3.1, I've since upgraded to Zen 7.x-5.1, and the issue has gone away. It seems it was an issue with prototype.js conflicting with jquery.
