I am new to Drupal......

After a new user is registered on the site, the only information that shows in the site_user_list is their username. However, if the user updates their profile information and saves their changes, then site_user_list will display their correct information. What am I doing wrong? How can I make sure that the site_user_list is always displaying the user's full information?
