I had been using the jquery_ui module to load jquery_ui. I was using the Tabs module with also includes jquery ui plus the tabs widget. The duplication feels bad to me and now I have a third module installing jQuery UI
jquery_ui supports the Libraries API which is nice. That's the solution to this problem.
Why was jquery_ui added to this module without the Libraries API?
Forcing a jquery ui version on me has me pretty much locked out of updating this module as far as I can figure.
