This functionality is a must for a lot of sites these days. Thanks for the module.

Whenever I search for anything, it gives me one thing "wiFormat".

Also, is there some documentation on how this can be integrated with Apache Solr search?

@pareen, can you please attach a screen shot of the search results?

Currently there is no integration to Apache Solr :(
But we plan to add the integration on our soon coming D7 version.
