Hi I created a rule that:

on the event "user signed up for content"
action to "create new content" with author set as "User who signed up for content"

The content is created however the author is set to "anonymous" It seems that the user information is not available to rules? The signed up content is available to rules as I am also in the same rule copying fields between the signed up content and the new content. That works fine.
