I can't get it to work

I have been struggling configure breadcrumb for hours however I couldn't get it to work I tried some replacement tokens none of them work. could you check following setting what have I done wrong ?

title:
[term:name]
[node:title]

path:
[term:url]
node/[node:nid]

that is what I'm trying to achieve home > term name > node title
