could you tell me how do I apply this patch to the module?
I'm trying to follow the instructions on Drupal | applying patches but it just reject all the changes.

Feedmine is now under new maintainership. This version has been discontinued and a new branch is being prepped for Drupal.org that uses the Redmine REST API. Thanks!
