This projects appears to be for v 4.7, is there a 5.x version in the works? I tried to install it but it doesn't seem to work.

Yes a version for 5.x is out. I got active on this project again and will soon add a few features.

- Period option for fee types. Each fee type gets assigned a period, so that fees can be due each month, week, fortnight or year. If I should add more periods or make it dynamic or something, please request here.

- Email notification if fees are due soon or overdue. Please post some details on the requirements here about that too. Maybe change the notification on each fee type or each user?
