i installed invite and profile module

now drupal_set_message don't work on registration and message "Your password and further informations etc...." don't appear

same problem when disable invite and userpoints modules...

uninstall invite module and see if that solves your problem....i am thinking that maybe where the root of the problem lies, if that is the case this should be a bug report for invite module rather drupal

i disabled that but the problem didn't fix

Considering the age of this issue with no responses and that D5 is unsupported, I am closing this issue.
