noscript images are appended to links rather than inside, meaning they won't be clicked.

Additionally, the placeholder image is shown alongside the noscript version.

Patch adds element-invisible to img.lazy then shows it with js, so that when there's no JavaScript, only one image is shown at a time, also puts the noscript inside the link.

Hello,
Has this patch been applied? I am using dev version but noscript images are displayting alongside the placeholder.
