Ensure query strings are passed along properly with redirect

If a user that needs to complete their profiles goes to the path node?foo=bar, then after they do complete their profile, they should get redirect to that exact path (including the query string). Currently they only get redirected to 'node' in this case. Would be good to ensure we have a test condition for this.
