I have panels cache set with "Drupal Menu Path and Arguments" (screenshot). On each page view I get the following notice.

Notice: Undefined variable: tokens in panels_cache_object->cache() (line 195 of /home/w2/public_html/sites/default/modules/panels/includes/plugins.inc).

Seems like a duplicate of #1173978: Undefined variable $tokens in panels_cache_object->cache() , please follow up in panels issue queue.
