On a clean Drupal installation, I get the following error message when try to activate the module in the module list page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function rpg_system_list() in /var/www/test/sites/all/modules/rpg/inc/rpg.loadcache.inc on line 16

I believe this issue has been resolved. Try again with the latest version from the repository. Sorry about that; I wasn't able to develop for over a month because of a big move, and this issue slipped by me because I'd forgotten to subscribe to the queue.
