I did not see this submitted before, apologize if its a duplicate.

The "Q & A" sub-menu button is showing for a group that does not have the "Commons Answers" feature enabled.

If the feature is not enabled for a group, regardless of what permissions are set for the role, the "Q & A" menu option should not appear for that group.

The sub-menu items I have for this one group are:
Content, Group Activity, By term, Q & A

I have the same issue @ fresh 2.5 install..

You can even post Question, although it is not visible in group_tab_content view - it's made public and it's visible @ questions/all page / view.
