Just wanted to confirm and put this in the .info comments that colors.css should be copied from the appropriate base theme.

Everything in the color folder, that includes the css file.

What is the relationship with the file produced by the colors module? If I make changes through the interface, will it update the file in footheme/colors/, or in files/colors?
