setup for full domain

Hi,

I have the domain user module setup. It works really beautiful with the subdomains. (*.domain.com)
I also created a new full domain., eg. domain2.com
Setup domain2.com as an alias in the Httpd.conf

when I go to domain2.com it is being treated as a copy/alias of the domain.com. I did setup another theme but no changes.
Can anyone help me with the correct setup for full domains with domain access.
