Hi
I am trying to enable the "Rules UI" check box and I am getting:
"The connection was reset" on (FIREFOX)
"Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset" (CHROME)

This install in on Windows 7 and it is using the WAMP Server stack with drupal-7.12 and PHP 5.3.9

Please let me know if you have seen this issue before and/or there are any ideas.
