Is it possible to change the Position of the prev and next Dots of the Slideshow?
Maybe move it to the Side and animated it from Top to bottom for example?
or even to complete hide it ?

To change the position of the slideshow pagers, you can do that with css. find the css for the slider controls and switch right to left.

To change the animation, look into the Andromeda Slideshow module. We're putting some work there to allow these things.
