When displaying banners via cache handle 'file', they very often do not show anymore after a while, even during page refresh. If I correctly remember, this problem does not exist, when using cache handler 'DB'. This applies to the 5.0 version HEAD from January 31, 2007.

I removed the banner module and use the Advertisement module instead, which works very well.
