location_handler_filter_location_country is populating 'selected' for all options in the select list.

In views, when you choose filter location country and choose IS, and highlight all the countires.

When the select list is rendered in Page or whatever Views Display, it populates all the options as selected.

This issue can also cause the list to be sorted incorrectly, i.e. Zimbabwe, will show up as default country, as it's the last selected item. There are probably more side effects, but the following temporary workaround should fix any issues until a patch is created.

Workaround: Choose only one country (one of the smallest country in the world, Nauru) and assign IS NOT:
