I am not sure how it is not working?

Just did test with core contact form - enabled catpcha for contact form with "Add CAPTCHA administration links to forms" option. Then I went to Administration » Configuration » People » CAPTCHA » CAPTCHA After and there were 'contact_site_form form' which I just enabled.

After that I have tested contact form with anonymous user - captcha after worked with this form as expected - it showed capctha chalange after defined 'invalid submit threshold' number of invalid submits.

Can you explain in more details what is a problem you are having?
