This error occurs when I enable and Save the CKEditor Link tickbox inside of my Full HTML CkEditor Profile but does not happen to the profile I have set up for Plain Text.

Please give more info about modules and versions you use with CKEditor Link.

Actually this is not related to CKEditor Link itself.
To solve your problem, read #1064098: [D7] Save Configuration fails locally (problem with PCRE library in PHP 3.5.x)
