I'm not actually sure if this belongs here or fusion core.
I updated accelerator and marina to the latest 7.x-2.x pull. If I enable responsive (the default), sidebar-first doesn't respect the width. The classes are there (it clearly thinks it's 3 wide).
If I turn off responsive, the first attached image (marina-nonresponsive) is correct.
If I turn responsive back on, sidebar first is across the top, sidebar second is like a footer. (marina-responsive)

... the classes are clearly there though.
