Since I can only upload 5 images at a time, Mass Import should return me to Mass Import after the upload so I can do more.

Nope. That is what it used to do. After talking with users, they found it to be somewhat disorienting and asked for it to be redirected to the album just posted to. So that is what it did. Getting to the album just posted to from the mass import page is somewhat cumbersome, while getting back to the mass import page is a single click from the quick links block.

That makes no sense to me, but so be it.

I can use the quick links on my test/build site, but I will not inflict on the users of my live site.
