If I put the Head Folder in my modules directory and go to modules page, the module does not show up on the module page.

Any ideas?

You probably need the 5.x-1.x-dev (DRUPAL-5 branch) rather than HEAD. This is now available.

Right. It takes several hours for the first pacakage to be created by the packaging scripts. The 5.x-dev is now available.
