A new sitemenu option: a checkbox "Show vocabulary title in sitemenu block" that hides or shows the vocabulary title. It is specially useful in sites with alone vocabulary, hiding title in sitemenu block.

This is a useful feature (although theming would do the work). However, I think that the option should apply also to the page mode (patch attached).
