Returns "received an invalid response from server" when selecting from a multi-level dropbox. Issue also present in beta3.

On a somewhat related note: deactivating node form template breaks all of my content submission forms (even after clearing cache). On the other hand, deprecation to the standard drupal form on a device that doesn't support node form template (i.e. iPhone) works fine.
