When editing node in overlay and maximizing the CKEditor, the 1st line of editor buttons are not visible anymore, they are under the admin_menu toolbar.

The same problem for WYSIWYG module is described here: http://drupal.org/node/1064600
They've got a patch for WYSIWYG module too. Is it possible to patch CKEditor module?

The image attached provides the visual appearance.
You can reproduce it ONLY in overlay node edit mode (i.e. site.com/#overlay=node/1/edit)

Pls update to last DEV, we fix it there: #1043230: D7 administration Toolbar overlays CKEditor in maximized mode

I closed it as duplicate.
