Hello, after installing both forms.module and survey.module, I see no settings for either module. I do see a new survey option under "create content" which asks for everything except for the survey questions themselves. When i fill it out and click "submit" it returns this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: db_escape_string() in /home/icchange/public_html/modules/forms/forms.module on line 61

What can I do to fix it?

Also... I'm not sure if this is a forms.module issue or a survey.module issue. Apologies if this is posted in the wrong place.
